TheExperiential Education & Career Services Center at Newbury College aims to build and grow strong relationships with employers. Employers are invited to partner with the College in a variety of ways:
- Attend our annual Internship and/or Career Fairs;
- Join in the facilitation of mock interviews, information sessions, and workshops;
- Serve as a guest speaker or panelist;
- Staff an On-Campus Recruiting or Employer Information Table (call 617-730-7072 to set up a date!).

Commission Only Positions
The Newbury College Experiential Education & Career Services Center does not post positions that are compensated solely by commission.
Door to Door Solicitation
In the interest of safety and security, the Center will not post positions which involve door to door solicitation.
The Center does not allow postings/recruitment for positions based upon a multi-level or "pyramid" networking structure encouraging the recruitment of others to sell products or services.
Start Up Fees
The Center does not permit recruitment that requires students to or pay a fee for training or placement or purchase or rent any type of presentation or sales supplies/materials.
Third Party Policy
Positions received that do not disclose the name of the company and positions it is recruiting for will not be posted.
The Newbury College Experiential Education & Career Services Center reserves the right to cancel or decline postings which do not adhere to the above listed guidelines. Likewise, participation of any organization in Newbury College recruitment events and activities may be terminated should these expectations as related to the recruitment of our students and alumni not be met.
