1. Make sure your computer has anti-virus software on it and it has been updated
on a regular basis through a paid subscription. | If you do not have anti-virus
software on your computer or it is not up to date please download the free version
of AVG anti-virus software here.
If you need help loading AVG, please visit the
Newbury Help Desk in the basement of the Academic Center. They will assist you
in installing a copy of the anti-virus software. |

2. Make sure your operating system is up to date with all the critical updates
it may need (especially computers using the Microsoft Windows operating systems). |
