Newbury College is unable to support hardware or software
related problems with student owned computers. We will do
our best to provide advice to help resolve student computer
issues, however, our primary objective is to connect students
to the campus WiFi network. However, if a problem arises
with a laptop that is hardware or software related, for
example, a hard drive failure or an MS Office problem, the
student will be referred to an off campus resource. If the
computer is still under warranty, please contact the appropriate
vendor support. Below are potential vendors to help solve
hardware problems for computers not under warranty:
