Directions by Car
From the East/Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90)
Traveling westbound from Boston, take Exit 20 (Brighton/Cambridge).
Follow signs to Allston/Brighton, then onto Cambridge Street.
Take a left at 3rd light to Harvard Avenue (Depot restaurant
on right). Stay on Harvard Avenue for 1 mile. Take a right
on Beacon Street. After 1 mile, take a left onto Dean Road.
Take a left to Fisher Avenue at the blinking red light.
Newbury is at the top of the hill.
From the West/Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90)
Traveling eastbound toward Boston, take Exit 14 to I-95/Route
128 South and follow directions below.
From I-95/Route 128 North or South
Follow I-95/Route 128 to Exit 20A (Route 9 East Brookline/Boston).
Follow Route 9 East for 4.5 miles to Chestnut Hill Avenue.
Take a left onto Chestnut Hill Avenue then an immediate
right onto Channing Road. Take a left onto Fisher Avenue.
Newbury College is located at the top of the hill.
From Logan International Airport, Boston
Follow signs to the Ted Williams Tunnel (toll is $3) and
the Mass Turnpike West (I-90). Stay on the Mass Turnpike
for 7 miles. Take Exit 20 Brighton/Cambridge (toll is $1).
Follow signs to Allston and get onto Cambridge Street. Take
a left at 3rd light to Harvard Avenue (Depot restaurant
on right). Stay on Harvard Avenue for 1 mile. Take a right
on Beacon Street/Brookline. After 1 mile, take a left to
Dean Road. Take a left to Fisher Avenue at the blinking
light. Newbury is at the top of the hill.
Directions by Subway/Bus
From Boston, take the Green Line (C or D) outbound to the
Cleveland Circle or Reservoir stop.
From Forest Hills (via Hancock Village), take the 51 bus
to Cleveland Circle.
From Sullivan Square/Cambridge/Allston, take the 86 bus
to the Reservoir stop.
Walk up Chestnut Hill Avenue. Take the first left onto Clinton
Road, and the first right onto Fisher Avenue. Newbury College
is at the top of the hill.
A College shuttle runs from the MBTA's Reservoir T
stop to the College during the fall and spring semesters
when school is in session.
The Offices of Admission and Continuing Education are located
at 135 Fisher Avenue in the Mitton House.
