Continuing Education - Course Offerings

Continuing Education courses at Newbury College are offered on a trimester basis. Our courses run fifteen weeks long and begin in the fall, spring, and summer. Most classes meet once a week for two and one half hours each night. However, selected courses meet more frequently or for an extended period of time due to credit hour requirements.

Newbury College’s Weymouth campus offers classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The Brookline campus holds classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. Most of the weekend courses are accelerated courses. This means that the class meets for five hours at a time, but that it ends in only seven weeks. Two weekend courses may be completed in one fifteen week trimester.
