Minors
Students from the School of Arts, Science & Design
and Roger A. Saunders School of Hotel & Restaurant Management
enrolled in a bachelor degree program have the opportunity
to broaden their academic experience by pursuing a minor
course of study in Business or Health Care Management. Also,
students who are pursuing a degree in one of the business
concentrations can broaden their academic experience by
completing a minor in Health Care Management. A minimum
of 50% of courses in the minor must be taken at Newbury
